SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. The contractor undertakes to provide to the client a maintenance service in respect of Instant Power DT........ Diesel Generator at the Installation address.
2. The contractor will service the generator on a monthly basis and generally maintain the equipment in good operating condition. The scope of service will include changing oil, all filters, monthly testing of the generator and replenishment of diesel fuel at cost. Any spare parts that are not covered under warranty will be for the account of the client.
3. The client undertakes to pay to the contractor the amount of R300-00 per month for this service. Payment must be made by the 25th day of each month into the account of Dorsha Trading 2 cc, account number 200 831 348, Standard Bank Parktown, code 000 355. A VAT invoice will be forwarded to the client at the beginning of each month for the service fee and any spares or consumables used in the previous month.
4. Any call-out falling outside that provided for in paragraph 2 above will be charged at R200-00 per call plus any consumables used such as diesel fuel.
5. Either party may cancel this agreement by tendering two calendar months notice to the other party of such intent, failing which the contract will remain in force for an indefinite period.
6. This is not an insurance policy. Clients must arrange their own insurance.
